The Clubspaces Scheduler is a powerful tool that allows you to tailor your schedule to your league. Setup your schedule parameters and requirements and generate your entire season schedule in minutes.


• Click the schedules link from your league admin panel to use the Game Scheduler. Make sure you have created divisions, teams and venues prior to building a schedule.
• Give the Schedule a name to add it to your list of schedules. Click the schedule name to build a schedule or the Import link to put your schedule in the site.
• When building a schedule, you'll have six sections of parameters to edit. Define Schedule Details, Select Divisions/Pools, and Specify Venues Availability are required for all schedules. Optional Advanced Settings, Venue Preferences and Team Home Venues are optional sections that offer advanced customization features.
• Note: Venue Preferences and Home Venues are highly restrictive and can result in some unscheduled games that may need to be adjusted manually.
