• Your form questions are divided into tabbed sections in registration setup. Junior Leagues will have Player, Parent and Emergency profile sections.
• Registration comes with pre-populated questions that have already been setup for you. You can add the questions into your registration shopping cart by clicking the blue arrow next to a question you would like to add, it will be moved to the “Player Questions” section.
• All questions will initially default to “Optional”, meaning players are not required to answer them during registration. Click Edit to change any question from “Optional” to “Required.
• You can create your own questions by clicking the blue arrow next to “Make your own question”. Enter your question and the type of answer information you would like to collect.
