- login to admin
- click "Participants" 
- click on the name of the player with which you would like to award scholarship money.
- click on the "Billing & Payment"
- select an outstanding payment under "Payments to Make" and click "Record Payments". 
- select Scholarship from the Payment Method drop down .
- enter the amount the scholarship is for in the Amount field and enter any notes into the Description area.
- click "Save" when finished . 

Note: Scholarships cannot be credited to an account, they must be recorded for outstanding balances.
