You can create a link to a custom page, a web form, or a file in any content editor on your site using the "Link Library" button.
Note: If you are trying to add a link to an email you will first need to switch the editor into "HTML" mode by selecting the proper format from the "Format" drop-down menu in the top right hand corner. The WYSIWYG editor should then appear. If the editor does not appear, likely your browser is not compatible. Please utilize IE or Firefox.
- Login to admin.
- click "Edit Website".
- Click the "Edit Content" button.
- In the content editor type in the text or insert the image you would like to use as a link.
- Highlight the text or image you just added.
- Click the "Link Library" button.
- By default you are taken to a list of your custom pages. In order to add a link to a Web Form or a File please click the appropriate link at the top of the window and a list of forms or file will appear.
- Click the "Select" button next to the title of the object you would like to link to.
- Click "OK".

Alternatively
you can create a custom link use the link icon in the content editor.

- Login to admin.
- Open the content editor on the page where you would like to add a link.
- Type in the text or insert the image you would like to use as a link.
- Highlight the text or image you just added.
- Click the link icon.
- In the pop-up window type in your destination address into the "URL" field.

- Click "OK".
- Click "Update".
- Make sure to publish your changes frequently...
