To close down last years league is simple. Follow these instructions:

In Clubspaces v3.0 Sites:

- login to admin
- click the "Programs" tab at the top
- select either "Player Programs" or "Leagues" on the menu on the left hand side, depending on whether your club is a League or a Club.
- click on the name of your program you would like to close/archive.
- click "Edit"
- select "Inactive" from status drop down to archive.
- click "Save".
- click "Registration" on the menu on the left hand side
- click "Setup"
- click "Edit"
- select "Closed" from status drop down to close registration.
- click "Save".


In Clubspaces v1.0 & 2.0 Sites:

- Login to admin.
- Click "Leagues" under the "Manage" drop-down menu.
- Click "Setup Reg" next to the league you would like to close/archive.
- Click "Edit".
- Make sure "Open League Registration" AND "Active League" are both un-checked.
- Click "Save".

Your league is now inactive and registration is closed. In the Clubspaces and D4Sports system we do not delete old leagues but rather inactivate and archive them.
