3/3/2008 Free Clubspaces sites are supported by family-friendly
advertising. Ads will begin to appear on free sites in
the next week or two. Subscription sites will not display
ads. If your site is free and you would like to upgrade
to a paid subscription please contact your Account Manager.
Updated League Management System
1/3/2008 We have updated our League Management System
with streamlined menus. Administration has been
simplified with duplicate and extraneous links removed.
More updates are planned for the coming months.

3/26/2007 We have just released our new Webforms module.
This allows your club to create custom forms that can
be published anywhere on your website. Please review the

still BETA.

1/14/2007 USA Volleyball (USAV) has selected D4 Sports

1/12/2007 D4 Sports was recently named the "Official
Provider of Web-based Region Administration Tools and
Software" of AYSO - The American Youth Soccer Organization.
AYSO has over 1000 Regions/Leagues and more than 1 million

Hacker Safe & member link
1/5/2007 D4 Sports teams with Hacker Safe for intrusion
detection services. They monitor our system daily for
security vulnerabilities. If you currently have a custom
link on your website to the member logon please check
to make sure the url includes the ssl. Should start with
https://. Please contact us if you have any questions

New Contact Us form
3/14/2006 Want a quick way for parents or players to contact
your club admin? Use the new "Contact Us" page
generator. Go to "Custom Content" and Select
"Contact Us Page" at the bottom of the drop
down menu. Then click on the preview button to see the
public form page. You can customize the answers. The results
of each filled in form will be sent to the club admin
email address - defined in "Club Setup."
Calendar Recurring Events
2/17/2006 We've implemented a BETA version of recurring
Calendar Events. Now you can specify events to recur by
days, weekly, bi-weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. It also
supports date skipping. Note this is a BETA feature and
we're in the process of refining it further.
Coach & Team Linking
2/17/2006 We've enabled the ability to show linking between
the coaches to teams and vice versa.
Simply go to your staff admin page and assign staff members
to team(s) affiliations. They will automatically appear
as part of the teams page under the team name. Once that's
done, you can also see that the coaches page in the public
view will have a list of their affiliated current teams.
Please start removing Team Names with coaches names appended
to them.
Faster Programs Menu
2/14/2006 We've sped up loading times of the Programs
Detail pages by 2-3 times than before. We'll be rolling
out these performance enhancements to the players and
content management pages in the upcoming weeks.
Secured URL for Admin Site & Content Editor
2/8/2006 Important:
We've switched to using HTTPS for all administrative pages
for enhanced security. Thus you'll notice that pages with
content editor will ask if you want to display "non-secure"
items (images) during the editing process. Just press
"Yes" to load the images into the editor.
